So many things go wrong in this company. Had to wait for my furniture for 6 months to arrive instead of 3 (waiting time is described as 3 months) their delivery guy did not come on time and skipped our door so we had to wait additional time. Their furniture manuals are so confusing and the furniture itself ended up being so impractical. The table’s lega are positioned in a way that you hit your own lega everytime you try to stand up. Not recommended.

I ordered sofa (in the shop) 5 months ago and delivery time supposed to be 10-12 weeks. It's been 20 weeks, I spoke with employees 7 times on the phone and still I have nothing!!!! I am extremely dissatisfied and I'll do my best to spread a 'word' about this shop.
Update: 1.5 months of calling WOONENZO every single week and while their Customer Service is super sweet, the only person who actually took responsibility and pushed it through was Malik. I finally received my sofa, exactly after 5 months waiting.

The customer service is very nice as they help you with whatever you ask and help you find what might match the aesthetic if you ask. We have. Atable from the store for the past 5 years and it is still in great conditions so definitely worth the price. Love the service and quality all top notch.

Never again. Quality and support is so bad i had to hire a carpenter to fix my broken 3/4 year old couch because woonenzo said it was my fault but the carpenter aknowlegded it was due to the cheap and unprofessionell Manufakturing of the couche. Stay away and by from a Professional store

I came to the shop multiple times looking for a boxspring. I was helped by Bengul all three times. She answered all my questions, helped me move pieces of the bed around to see how it would fit into my apartment and also showed me all the functionalities of a bed.
After comparing multiple beds from various shops I found the perfect fit with loads of space under the bed.
Great service and lovely furniture.

I ordered a wardrobe from Woonenzo on 13 July 2025 and paid a deposit. I was told delivery would take 4 weeks, but it has now been over 10 weeks and I still don’t have my order. The store even shows as permanently closed on Google. This is unacceptable, I paid money and received nothing.
Anyone knows what can I do to get my money back?

We bought chairs,it's quite comfortable and nice and people in store are helpful.
Excellent service! I was originally told the couch would take 8-9 weeks, but to my surprise, it was ready just 3 days after purchase. I scheduled the delivery, but unfortunately, the driver got sick. I was informed in advance, and rescheduling for the next day on a weekend was quick and hassle-free. I'm very happy with both my new couch and the overall service provided.
It was a very nice experience. Yvonne helped us a lot for choosing the right color for our new coach.
