Woonbusters is a great tool and really helps you be the first to respond to new homes coming onto the market. The app works really well - you get notifications right on your phone and the app sends you directly to the relevant page. I just set my preferences and filters and got notified of everything that became available in my area pretty much instantly, including on sites I would never have found myself.
