So happy with my purchases from Wool Warehouse - the biggest selection of yarns I could find for punch needling as I often need very specific colours in the same colour but slighty different tones to create depth. Very accurate colours compared to on-screen and in person. Super fast dispatch and delivery to London - my go-to for yarns!

I use Wool Warehouse *a lot* - the choice and quality is outstanding, and the prices good too, also they often do promotions which means you can stock up on your favourites 😉 Dispatch is usually within a day, and everything is always really well packaged. On the very rare occasion I've had to contact them about an order, the reply has been swift and helpful. My absolute favourite shop for all things woolly! 😀

I'm used to same day dispatch with other companies, twice I've ordered now and it's taking 3 days minimum, I like the yarn but will consider going elsewhere in future as still waiting for an order I placed on the 31st to be despatched

I mainly buy wool, and knitting accessories. The website is clear and easy to navigate. The colours are accurate and descriptions are good. They have a huge range and stock - usually having all the things I need in one go. I really like the ability to choose a colour (on Filters) and see what’s out there - rather than just staying with the brands I am used to. And I love looking at the Sales items - really good bargains to be had. Plus free postage over a certain amount.

I have purchased for many years on wool warehouse and can't praise it enough. Great quality wool and it's impossible to not find what you want. They are a 1st class service and excellent stock. I would highly recommend them 100%

What an amazing company. I was searching to add to fabric previously bought which was insufficient. Wool Warehouse came up as a company that stocked the fabric I needed. Their price and delivery prices were competitive so I ordered the fabric. Three days elapsed between the order and the delivery, which is exceptional. I also love their mode of sending fabric in little net bags. It somehow makes it very personal. I have kept their details and will definitely search their website to see if they can help me in the future. When I wrote to ask where I could place a review, their reply was genuine and sincere. I much prefer to deal with privately owned companies and the service I have received endorses my views in this regard.

The colours are true to the images online and their yarns are very good value.

They always go above and beyond to help. I’ve bought from them many times and they always provide a great customer experience. When I’ve contacted them to ask for help, they always go out of their way to answer my questions. My first choice every time.

Wool Warehouse stocks a vast array of yarns, needles and knitting and crochet accessories, that you don't find with other vendors. Sadly, they don't stock as many premium yarns as they used to, and for this reason I have removed 1*.

My go to site for buying yarn. They have a large selection of yarn at reasonable prices.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful staff who understood the difficulty of trying to match colours from screen pictures and went the extra mile to help. Delivery was fast and the organza bag is actually very useful to keep fabrics for a project together.

My favourite shop.

They send my package in 4 different parcels for some unknown reason which made the import taxes over €60! Even the customs authorities said that it was ridiculous and that there's no reason to send my package into 4 different parcels. I asked them about it and they refuse to compensate. Don't order if you don't want unnecessary costs!

Another great order received from WW. Fast delivery and beautifully packed as always. I ordered late Tuesday night and it was here for Thursday afternoon. I highly recommend this company.

I have recently bought Hayfield Baby Blossom - both chunky and DK -and James C Brett Marble chunky. The colourways are just so pretty in the Hayfield and so beautiful in the James C Brett. The yarn is very soft and smooth.
Also, this company has excellent customer service. They are always prompt, polite and pleasant.

WW has a good range of colours for the yarn that I use for a recent take up of a hobby, of the yarn suppliers I use it's the biggest range. The yarn is shipped out super fast, packaged well and comes in a cute organza bag, which I've been gifting with my practice knits. I got a few other hand knitting bits from WW too and I'm happy with all my purchases.
