Order arrived but one ball of wool wrong colour. Emailed Woolbox who apologised and sent the correct colour at no extra cost.

received order promptly and noticed part of order was wrong colour so informed Woolbox and they immediately arranged new delivery of missing colour yarn and also advised me to keep the yarn rather than returning it which I thought was really kind. Really good customer service and pleased with the quality of the yarn.

Woolbox have had some brilliant discounts on my favourite types of wool with plenty of stock and colours. From ordering to delivery was efficient and fast so fingers are now itching to start on my new wool collection stash.

I have ordered many times from Woolbox and have found them reliable, efficient and have a good selection of yarn to choose from. Their delivery is usually quick too, arriving within two to three days on average. The prices are very competitive, even the big brand yarns and the quality is of high standards including their own brand of yarns.

This is the second lot of woolbox wool 400g balls I have purchased. Although the Aran is a tad thinner than other arans it knits up well and it's the only one I have found in this colour. It is also a very competitive price, particularly if you multi buy.
The parcel also arrived very quickly, I cannot fault their service.

The blanket kit looked lovely, my daughter loved her present, we particularly love the soft yarn. Now I am anxiously awaiting your email to saythe kit is now back in stock because I want to give one to my daughter-in-law because she also loved it. Hurry it up please, her birthday is looming!!

As usual, WoolBox has provided great yarn at a great price and delivered it very quickly. My vote goes to only e sellers who use the Royal Mail as they are trusted and delivered on time, or earlier.
