We should explain that we do not hold any of our clothing in stock onsite, every item is made to order by a third-party print-on-demand company. They normally have a quick turnaround, but on this occasion the delivery was slower than we’d like, which unfortunately falls outside of our control.
We’re sorry the wait wasn’t up to our usual standard. If an order ever arrives outside our stated 3–5 working day delivery window, we’d always encourage customers to get in touch with us directly first, as it gives us the chance to look into it and put things right for you.

Very quick service after placing my order, got the taste for Flying Serpent while staying at Wookey Hole Hotel although not in stock when I ordered. However ordered the mixed range and another all veeery nice, I will be really pleased when Serpent is in stock due to nearly running out to friends helping me drink the ale and will need to order more.

1 star for the delivery:
Ordered Sun 28th July & emailed 2nd Aug as hadn’t heard anything. Was told the courier had not collected my order, which was then marked as sent on 3rd Aug and received 6th Aug. I accept that shizz happens but i was on holiday in Somerset only 14 miles from the brewery, so 9 days to deliver for £5.99 is excessive & the beers came right at the end of my stay. Maybe widening the free local delivery to 15 miles would be good (my local brewery offers free delivery over a 20 mile radius). The discount vouchers included in the order were thoughtful but i’ll maybe pop into the brewery shop next time.

Excellent Father’s Day gift
My husband was extremely happy with his Father’s Day box, he has enjoyed all the beer which is unusual- there is usually 1 or 2 iffy ones in a gift pack but not from Wookey Ale! We will be buying more. Delivery was very fast.

Wookey Ale
Wookey Ale is a fantastic local Ale company (local to the South West that is) with a great range to suit all types.
I'm a big fan of their flagship 'Witch Way Home' Pale Ale however that said the 'Halloween Rift' is a lovely tipple too.
You can tell that thought and love have been an integral part of the brewing process. Their range is quite impressive with the 'Knights Templar' black IPA and the 'Curiosity' American style IPA a firm favourite with me.
We've had an assortment delivered but also tasted a few in the local area as quite a few pubs in the area stock thess amazing local Ales.
I really enjoy Wookey Ales and would highly recommend any of their range - love the revamped branding too!
