I don't recall signing up and only noticed when I was re-billed 40 dollars that there is an ongoing subscription. Be careful here.
In a world where we are all drowning in subscriptions I just wish more of these platforms would show some grace. When a user is subscribed to a service they are not using it would make sense to cancel and refund. It is not a sustainable business model to take subscription fees from customers who don't know they are subscribed to a service like this. It leaves them angry and ends the relationship for good.

Must Have app
Definitely recommend this app! I started using it when my dachshund turned one and she was already stubborn and it definitely helped, we got a puppy recently began a training course with him at 8 weeks and he already know to sit on command!

I have emailed asking for a refund. Was advised as free -first payment was £15 n thought ok that’s ok then they have just taken £86.86 from my account!!
Not a happy customer never ever would I have signed up for this service for that kind of money!! Woofz do the right thing and refund me please
