Wish I had ordered a bigger one this awful small

My order was sent incomplete and part of the order was wrong. I placed the order on December 29. I received the final piece on January 27. I will say that Cassie in customer service was great. When it came to getting the right components she straightened everything out. It seems the warehouse needs to pay more attention to the details.

You had what I needed and sent it promptly. Thanks.

This was a good experience overall. One of the tools I ordered was out of stock, and the company communicated that quickly instead of letting the order stall. They immediately offered a refund, but also suggested a substitute tool that was available and capable of accomplishing the job.

I appreciated the clear communication and the effort to provide a workable solution without delaying the work. That level of responsiveness and flexibility goes a long way, and I’d be happy to do business with them again.

Missing accessory. Received unit, working however the spur center was missing; nut and washer that mounts the tailstock found loose in box. The speed control had to be tighten. I have notified support about missing part but have not received a reply. Face plate was pre-installed and I was able to use the unit. Operated as advertised. Sturdy, heavy! and well balanced. I'm sure Woodstarter will replace the missing accessory.
Update: I did receive reply from support, less than 24 hr. They are working to replace missing item.

I now have several tools from Woodstarter and I find them to be an excellent value. They're solid quality, maybe not quite premium tier or professional grade, but as good or better than a lot of popular budget or DIY brands and at very affordable prices. I had one small issue and customer service quickly made it right without any push back so that was reassuring. I'm really happy to see that they keep coming out with new products, basically weekly, so it adds even more value to be invested in their battery platform and it adds confidence that they'll have support for existing tools for the foreseeable future. I'm a big fan and recommend their tools often.
