Panos and his team were amazing. They ripped up all the old flooring and re-laid a lovely wooden floor me, it was no easy task as I’ve lived in the flat for 12yrs and have a lot of stuff (furniture and many boxes of items) I had been sent the incorrect bullnose for the stairs and Panos went out and bought one which blended perfectly. They worked so hard and left the flat in fantastic condition. I’m so happy with the wooden floor and the workmanship that went into laying it all.

I had the pleasure of working with this professional on a complex project, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They completed everything on time and within budget, despite the difficulty. What really sets them apart is their ability to find solutions no matter how challenging the situation. Their resourcefulness and professionalism were unmatched throughout, and the results speak for themselves!

I chose them to fix some creaky floorboards and install laminate in my flat after getting several other quotes from other builders, and I have no doubts whatsoever I made the best choice. The level of polish he achieved on my floors is impeccable -- the creaks have completely disappeared, the floor feels even and solid, and the laminate is gorgeous. We had all the flooring in our house replaced, and the team did a fantastic job. There were tricky areas, like levelling old suspended floors upstairs and uneven concrete downstairs, but they handled everything really well.

They helped us from sourcing the right materials to the final installation, and the new floors look and feel amazing. Professional, friendly, and clearly take pride in their work. Highly recommended!

We had herringbone flooring installed on the ground floor, a stair runner fitted, and detailed trims added along the staircase and living room walls. We also had alcove cabinets and shelves built and installed, and everything was finished beautifully around them.

I wholeheartedly recommend Panos and his team after the wonderful full bathroom renovation they just completed, and the floorboard installation on our mezzanine level a few years ago. They are very attentive to their client's preferences, giving us as much time as we needed to finalise the design (a year!) and checking in during the build whenever decisions need to be made. It's clear they take pride in the final result being no less than perfect. They're friendly and respectful, easy people to get along with and very professional. They even went the extra mile on several occasions, providing helpful advice on our unrelated plumbing issues, and staying late to clean up and make sure the house was left cat-friendly at the end of every visit. I really appreciate their commitment to delivering what they promise, or better! The full bathroom project took 2 weeks in total, less time than originally quoted (3 weeks). I would easily recommend Wood & Floor Limited to friends and family!

Panos was in constant contact, fitted me in really quickly, visited us with a great selection of samples, so the decision making process was very easy. The work is brilliant, top class and so much attention to detail, as well as super clean and tidy.

We have used Panos and his team three times now. Until I started working with Panos I had never encountered this level of customer service, follow up and attention to detail in the trades arena - NEVER! For the cost you basically get a dedicated Project Manager who has the highest service levels. I never felt awkward or like I was asking too much when contacting him and would get the most polite and informative answers. I can not recommend enough - not only is his work flawless but IF there was an issue Panos would be over in a heartbeat fixing it.

Recently had 4 rooms done with a combination of engineered wood & vinyl. Panos & his colleague are highly professional and incredibly talented, they worked efficiently and are very knowledgeable. The job has been finished to a very high standard and they paid close attention to detail, sealing complex joins & solving an issue with old skirting boards which now looks amazing. The place was left very clean & tidy, finished on time & budget I would highly recommend them for any job, they were friendly & went the extra mile to help! Really impressed & would ask them to do any future work.. in fact I already have!

I can totally recommend Panos and his team. I had major water damage to the floors in my apartment due to a leak from above and all had to be replaced. Panos kept to the price and timetable, liased with my tenant and was courteous and professional throughout.
The quality of the work was terrific and he solved any problems which arose completing the job without complaining or asking for extra payment. He is reliable, competent, and professional and I recommend him without reservation.

Panos and his team were lifesavers. We had an abysmal experience with another company who ripped us off and left us stranded, who we are now pursuing legal action against. Panos and his team were able to remove the flooring, grind down where the floor was high, used a levelling compound to even it out and reinstall the flooring and skirting. The quality of finish is superb. They were professional, clean, tidy and quick. They also accommodated out very tight timelines as they were working multiple jobs. We cannot recommend them highly enough! 10/10

Panos at Wood&Floor removed my wooden floor, which had been installed badly by another business, and reinstalled it properly. This was a large project as it required removing all of the floor boards and skirting with minimal damage, levelling the subfloor, and then reinstalling the boards and skirting. The work was done meticulously, and the floors now have a nice appearance and are level throughout. Wood&Floor has exceeded my expectations, and I highly suggest them. They were dependable, worked hard, and finished the job on time and on budget; they were veryskilled and a pleasure to work with.
