So sorry, but after eating your mixed game pies, and now your venison lasagne, I am still of the opinion (along with my scottish partner) that these products are far too sweet, when they should be savoury. I love the ingredients and am very happy with the quality of them, but so sorry, far too sweet!
We have had a range of produce from Woodmill: venison, game birds and dogfood, and the quality has always been excellent. The haunch, stuffed pheasant, and shanks were particularly tasty, while pigeon breasts, venison pies and pheasant burgers are so quick and easy to prepare. Service is great - have had it delivered to Fife and elsewhere packed in chilled boxes, and have picked orders up at Woodmill itself and at Bowhouse markets. Surprisingly good value too.
