The only products that work for me personally. I find other companies are trying to make a quick buck and their products taste like water or contain weird filler ingredients. Woodland Essence CSA formula has helped me immensely with lyme! Shipping was fast too, placed my order on a Monday and received my package on Wednesday.
Products seem to be fine. However, two shipping options are offered: USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. We selected UPS Ground so that UPS would be the company actually delivering. Our mail person backed into our garage recently, lied about it when I texted her--but she did not know that we had a video camera going. :-(
Instead of UPS Ground, Woodland Essence selected Stamps Ground Saver which is actually UPS Surepost - transported via UPS truck and then dropped off at the nearest post office for delivery. Stamps.com actually offers a choice. I communicated with the manager at Woodland Essence and she continued to insist that they "have no way to control when Ground Saver delivery or UPS". I know that Stamps.com offers both UPS Ground and Stamps Ground Saver - two choices. Be aware if you want to be able to choose UPS or USPS. The cost to select UPS Ground on their order form is almost twice the amount - even if the package is routed via UPS Surepost.
We are not happy with this wonky shipping service and will be taking our business elsewhere. :-(
