I have been buying wood-waste briquettes from Wood Fuel Co-0p for some years now, as they offer the widest selection of products I have found. In addition their website has a huge amount of detailed information on he relative burning characteristics of each product, e.g %age moisture and ash content, heat output etc..Also their customer service is excellent; they are readily available and unfailingly helpful and friendly. I'd give them 5 stars +

We explained to the company that that we needed to have a small lorry to deliver the order of pellets as our driveway was was inaccessible if a larger vehicle was used. They listened and complied by sending a 7.5 ton vehicle and the order of wood pellets was delivered on time by a very helpful member of their team. We were delighted by the service we received, especially as it was rather inclement weather!

I discovered the Wood Fuel Co-op a couple of years ago, having had a woodburner for decades and searching everywhere to find really good wood and heatlogs. I have not shopped anywhere else since I discovered this company: great variety, competitive prices, excellent service and delivery. What else could anyone wish for?

Had a 'running out' dilemma and about what briquettes to reorder, so rang for advice which was given patiently and informatively with our previous experience and needs, given availability at this time of year. Steve was incredibly helpful and recognising the fact we had left it late over the holiday period managed to get us a competitively priced delivery in time. He could not have been more helpful, and backed this up with a call to make sure everything was OK after delivery. Highly recommend.
