Very helpful staff who patiently identified my colour choice and advised on correct product .

Excellent customer service. After initial lack of response to my e-mail I phoned them and got loads of advice. I purchased hardwax oil that was dispatched immediately and arrived very fast. I'm yet to try it on my wooden floors, but would definitely recommend this seller.

Package did not arrive; phoned Supplier and left message - no reply . Emailed supplier a few days later -no reply again. 2 weeks later received email from UPS stating I hadn't picked up parcel from their depot and they were about to return it to the supplier, this was the first communication I had about my purchase. To err is human but in UPS's case this is the second delivery they have messed up in 4 weeks for me - my advice is to steer clear of UPS

Usually they deliver promptly without any problem.This time one of the three items I ordered was missing and there was no note about it in the package.Tried to phone them but could not get any further than their answering machine. In the end I managed to sort it out via their head office,apparently that one item was out of stock at the time - they could have said so and asked me if I minded waiting a few days or what. 2 days later the missing items arrived.

Although the 5ltr tin of Briwax had a couple of dings in the bottom rim (because it was resting on a 400ml tin of Briwax), luckily no harm done. The parcel arrived next business day by courier.

Rapid delivery and good quality products stocked. What more could you ask for!

they could'nt supply 2x4ltrs , so they provided 1x4ltrs + 5x.850 litres for same price, good customer skills, fair & honest treatment, this sort of thing can only enhance their reputation

Delivery was prompt and courteous however I had also ordered products from rest express who were more impressive as they sent me email updates regarding the tracking of my delivery. Perhaps this is something you could consider. That's why I didn't give you 5 stars but still very happy with service although I have to say I was very disappointed with the product Bona Mega.

Purchased matt lacquer to treat bespoke oak stair case. Perfect match for oak flooring. Not much more to add about a tin of Lacquer.
