Item never arrived and poor customer service

The item never arrived and their delivery company said it had. They never replied to my two emails and when I did get through to customer service on the phone he didn't deal with my enquiry. When I asked him for his name he was unwilling to provide it. A sign they really don't care.

I will now have to ask my credit card company to get my money back as this company doesn't respond.

A real shame. This was a birthday present for kid.
