Add WoodenSure to the list of notorious Rajasthani furniture scams. Total cheats. It took them 5 months to deliver a simple office desk, and it’s still visibly damaged in various places. Their entire business model is based on taking your hard-earned money up front and then ghosting you for months, only to ship defective, damaged goods. Zero accountability. Avoid WoodenSure at all costs!
Pathetic customer service. They promised delivery of furniture by a certain timeline based on which I made the purchase but that timeline hasn’t been met and every time you speak to them, they just keep saying we are trying our best but no action is taken
Very unprofessional. Made me wait almost a month then delivered wrong color sofa. The product is super average and the upholstery material average again with bad finishing. The legs are wobbly and its DIY. Below average product.. not recommend! (Foldable sofa chair)
