Samples delivered quickly and efficiently. No problems

I have no issues with this order. The custom made panels were exactly as ordered and were very well packaged. My one piece of feedback would to provide customers with the delivery date as my panels simply arrived without notice. The postage cost is also very high, so not a company I can order from regularly which is a shame because I have lots of projects and almost always I need a replacement but indo intend to use them again for something bigger due to the quality and choice, I just need to plan my projects carefully!

Ordered a couple of sized shelves for a toilet conversion. They arrived damaged by the carrier and were replaced with no questions asked. 48 hour turnaround! A fantastic company to deal with and the shelves are amazing!!!

Ordered some panels from these guys, 2 parcels delivered on separate days contacted them after the 1st part was delivered they took their time to listen to my inquiry and looked into the issue, they contacted me back to confirm the 2nd part is out for delivery on a separate van, absolutely not their fault, 2nd delivery arrived as they’d explained the panels where exactly what I was after and the after sales service was bang on, keep up the great work guys a lot of other companies could learn a lot from how you treat your customers.
