Customer service was very quick and helpful responding to my question about delivery. I really like the quality of the acrylic puzzles.

Although being gifted two of these puzzles previously and enjoyed them both, the latest one I was given had several misprinted pieces, and on contacting Woodbests was promptly advised without an order number they would not help or replace. I explained politely it was a gift,and would lead to an uncomfortable conversation for me but they won't replace. Extremely disappointed in this company's customer service and their lack of understanding.

I just love your puzzles. They help me stay focused and calm and not worry about all that is going on in my life. The puzzles are fun, beautiful and wonderfully made. I am so happy I found Woodbests!!!! Some are more challenging than others and that's what makes them unique; even the easels that come with some of them make them truly a "gift". Thank you!

I was a bit nervous purchasing a wooden puzzle. They looked very hard and I thought I’d give it a try. I love them! So easy to handle and the shapes are fun! The packaging is top notch too! I enjoyed the three puzzles I bought very much! I’ll be buying more!

Finding all the ones I want, and then dropping a few so I dunno over order, is super easy..

The order arrived but bag was badly torn up. Luckily nothing broke. BUT I received an incorrect puzzle. I ordered the Cat Tiger and got Fantasy Garden. The Cat Tiger has significance and why I ordered it. Would be great if you could send me the Cat Tiger which I ordered or submit a refund.

The jigsaw I ordered had pieces missing and it’s impossible to complain to the company.I have tried 3 different email addresses.They have all returned.

I wanted to order 3 of different "pictures" but had to leave the site each time and come back in in order to do so. You need another click that says "continue shopping" or something like that. I did not see anything like that and would have used it if it was there to see.
