Amazing service from the whole team - right from design ideas through to installation. We probably changed our minds a million times and they were patient and came up with creative ideas that really worked for our specific space and needs. The finish is so lovely and it really has changed the way we live. Thank god it was in for lockdown!

The kitchen is amazing - just what we wanted. The design process was very smooth and lots of options were given. It wasn’t made totally clear to us what material options were included in the quoted price and which ones weren’t so we had a little surprise about that as our choices put the quote up quite a bit.

The great thing about this company is that they are used to working with renovations so there was a lot of understanding and flexibility about timings and the processes we were going through in general.

There were a few mistakes made in the workshop that meant certain items in the kitchen had to be re-made or amended either onsite or in the workshop. This happened about 4 times but there was never any issue with putting things right. Tim and his team, including Jim, our fitter, were very easy to deal with and very professional. These small issues meant some delays to finishing the kitchen but this wasn’t a problem as the whole job couldn’t be finished until after the floorer had done his work.

We are more than happy with our kitchen. It is totally unique and perfectly reflects our taste. It is also really sturdy and built to last. We’re so happy we went with Wood&Wire.

The easiest & lovliest experience of our recent renovation

The team at wood and wire were fantastic. I wanted a bespoke media unit for our living room. I sent some initial sketches as to what I wanted - in return a got some detailed drawings. They were both professional and meticulous in the design - looking for the best outcome both functionally and aesthetically. We are really happy with the final product and are looking to have another piece designed in the new year.

From start (design) to finish (fitting) the whole Wood and Wire team were just incredible. Although our design went through many iterations (sorry guys!), they always encouraged us to explore different options to ensure we ended up with a kitchen that not only looked fantastic but worked perfectly for the way we live our lives. It was a joy to watch skilled craftsmen in action as Jim & Tom (The Fitting Team) brought the plans to life in front of our eyes. Their attention to detail complemented the hard work of the factory team who created the many and varied elements to our kitchen. A BIG thank you to all at W&W and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We wandered into the Wood and Wire shop one day and instantly fell in love with their kitchens. We subsequently commissioned Wood and Wire to design and build our kitchen for our new build project in Fife. The whole process was a good one, from the initial design, finishes, materials and appliances selection, workshop build and assembly (including a factory visit) and installation. Wood and Wire were especially flexible and understanding when it came to final installations with the rather too frequent for our liking completion date revisions which are, unfortunately, de-rigeur it seems, for most self-build projects. We have a kitchen that looks fantastic and is a pleasure to use and I would whole-heartedly recommend them.

After three years of feeding 5 children from what we described as our “one bum kitchen”! We were thrilled to start planning our new space. Jim and all his team provided a truly bespoke service, coming up with a clever and beautiful design for an awkward space, every little detail was thoughtfully considered.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly, approachable, professional and also patient when our schedule didn’t go quite to plan. The end result is a stunning, high quality, immaculately fitted kitchen which we can’t wait to share with our family and friends.

I have no hesitation In recommending Wood & Wire, they are all very professional in all that they do. From the design, construction and installation, which were all carried out with great attention to detail. Everything about it is solid and beautifully crafted, right down to the skirting boards, towel and the fabulous mobile unit on quirky wheels.
My basement kitchen was a designers nightmare, a very low ceiling, no natural light and awkward corners, has now been completely refurbished. Ceiling ripped out and raised, the gas boiler was definitely the elephant in the room, but with no where else to go, Angie , after a lot of sleepless nights transformed the ugly visible corner into a fabulous useable feature, with no hint of a boiler, along with all the other unsightly things, air vents, extractor ducting pipes etc., all have been skilfully hidden.
A very big thank you to Jim, Tim, Tom and Angie for their patience who were all great at thinking out of the box and had the expertise in order to understand my vision of what I wanted, and to make it possible.
My kitchen is a truly bespoke bright, colourful and quirky space to wine and dine my family and friends.

We absolutely love our new kitchen and are so pleased we discovered Wood and Wire.
From initial emails we then spent a productive Sunday morning with Jim at the shop in Hebden Bridge choosing worktops, taps, the set up of the cupboards and most importantly some colour! Nothing was impossible and we have the bread bin, veg drawers and Kilner jar sized racks we wanted. Jim sent through a few different images with our shortlisted colour options and we made our final choice. He also arranged for samples of worktop and unit colours to be sent to us for future reference.
We were not in our house when the kitchen was fitted so I can’t comment on that aspect of their work but the finished product looks amazing, well we think so! The pops of colour look great and the lighting in the units really sets everything off.
They were great to work with and no request seemed too much trouble. We now have a unique, functional, spacious kitchen which is very much the heart of our home. Thank you Wood and Wire, you did a fabulous job.

Wonderful team who helped with all stages, from design to installation. The kitchen units are built to a very high quality, and the joiners who did the fitting really cared about the finished product. The final result is a wonderful kitchen that should last us for years. I can't recommend highly enough.

Designed and provided shelving and storage units for a study room. Offered helpful and imaginative solutions to storage problems for books etc and very pleasant easy people to deal with.

We love our Wood & Wire kitchen. We knew as soon as we went into the show room and opened the first cupboard that we didn't want to look anywhere else.
Unlike buying a kitchen from a typical kitchen retailer we feel we have been able to design a kitchen that really fits our needs and been able to make use of all the available space. We are really impressed with the quality of the materials and the workmanship.
