The product itself gets 4 stars, the customer service gets 0. I accidentally ordered 2 of the xoxo, a mistake I've never made before, so I reached out to customer service to try to alter this. The next day at 5:50am they got back to me saying no, it shipped and they couldn't do anything. Except at 5:54am I got an email from shipping that my package was created but had not yet left the facility. To make it worse the site was currently running a buy 2, get a 3rd free deal and customer service didn't even attempt to offer to send a different color for free as part of the promotion. This alone is enough that I'll likely never shop the company again. However, I decided to still try the product and ended up loving it. It's exactly the shade I wanted, it doesn't leave behind lip stains and my husband will still kiss me. The only reason for the product itself getting 4 stars is that it definitely doesn't last several hours, maybe 3 on a good day which is still great - just not what's promised.

The ad says the eyeliner stays on for hours. I put the eyeliner on and before I could get my mascara on the eyeliner below my eyes was almost all gone!

My packages arrived later than it should have. I went thru a lot of hassle with this company to have them reship my items. They used Amazon shipping services which my package had not moved in 3 days. They initially told me that I ordered from Amazon. Which I showed them screen shots proving I did not, I ordered directly from their company. They took over 5 days after my package was lost in transit to even acknowledge and resend my package. They kept telling me they seen on their end it was supposed to be delivered the following day. I showed them on my end that delivery was supposed to be the day before. It was an extreme hassle to get my items reshipped. They did not do anything for the inconvenience. I cannot say that these lip stains last the long time they advertise because that has not been the case with them. Would not order again just based on the fact of my package getting lost and the hassle to get them to reship the items.

Item does not do what it says it does. Can’t use lip liner with it without lip liner staying blue

It tastes disgusting and when I wipe it off it's gone there's literally no stain left... thanks for nothing I guess

I like the tint but it doesn't last more than an hour. Because it blue when you apply it and you are required to wipe it off with a damp cloth, it is not easily or convenient to reapply in public. If it truly lasted all day as advertised, I would rate it 5 stars. I will use what I have but wont repurchase.

It is great eye liner...I tryed several..this is by far the best..THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO..keep it up...

The colours on the eye liners are great, but they have no lasting power. They start to fade and fragment within minutes of applying them.

Got a full refund and didn’t even have to send product back. I appreciated being heard and understood

One email says order has shipped. Next day another email says out of stock in one item. So the buy two get one free is just a buy two, the free one is out of stock, unknown when it will be available or shipped.
Should have read reviews prior to buying. Shame on me.

I'm sorry but...it took forever to get here...I got the wrong colors (and now I can't wear any of them).
Won't be buying again.

Eye pencil eyeliner comes right off easily.
