Cherith is so helpful!

Cherith has been so helpful as we make the switch in curricula! Her answers are quick and very thorough and she answered every one of my questions. She treats you as a valued person, not a bothersome interruption. Thank you!

Learning technology in this digital age is not easy for some people. But your staff have been tremendous in walking me through some of the online protocol. Tori, Kimberly, Cherith, Joyce (FANTASTIC FOUR) has been "fantastic" in their digital as well as curriculum knowledge.

I feel that this is one of the best children's resources companies out there

This company has so much to offer as far as material online and in product form. My sales rep was generous in suppling me with sample teaching resources. Best of all the support I have received from Tori in learning the wonder ink program has been outstanding. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and knows how to teach. It's been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend

Customer service is great, editing leaves room for improvement

The customer service experience has been great! I have been pleased most weeks with the variety of content and my ability to spread it across multiple services. I wish the editing was a little easier. I would especially appreciate an “undo” button, because occasionally I remove something and then decide I’d rather keep it. Or maybe it remains available on a “clipboard” type place to add back in. Replacing something I remove is kind of a headache. Likewise, double confirmation on each deletion is kind of frustrating when I’m in a hurry.

I am very pleased with Wonder Ink's curriculum. What I like best is the teaching and the insight for the children. The activies tied to the lesson are very helpful and the children love it. The videos are original and enjoyable.

Love WonderInk but would love to see a change to preschool videos

We love the 4 values and how the lesson are very faith focussed. Also love the social media graphics, wonder at home guides, and activities that help kids reflect on the wonder truth. Would love to see more engaging videos for preschoolers as some of them are a bit too elementary geared and go right over the preschoolers' heads.

Wonderful customer service support!

Tori was extremely knowledgable about the product, how to use the lesson generating system, and in general how to teach the lessons in an effective manner. She was able to provide tips and tricks for our teachers to be more effective and efficient with their time.

I find it extremely difficult to use

I find it extremely difficult to use. It's convoluted, and the games and other activities are a pain. Very difficult to teach different age levels at one time. Little ones don't quite get it and the older ones are bored. I really wish our Church would chose another curriculum.

Tori was very understanding as she listened to my wife and I explain what my wife was needing to teach the Wonder Ink lessons to her Kindergarten and 1st grade students. We were showed how to access pictures that were used in the video of the lessons. My wife was full of joy that the pictures exist and she can download them. Thank you Tori for you help. Jim and Peg

Scheduled phone conversation with Tori Campbell

My phone session today with Tori Campbell was wonderful. She walked me through customizing a 60 minute lesson to fit our church needs. She explained everything (creating, editing, downloading, printing, finding materials in the resource library and noting special features) in detail, patiently helping me to navigate the portal. She was encouraging and supportive. She stayed with me well over my hour time slot. It meant the world to me! Thank You Tori seems so little to say~ Sincerely, Gail B. Lynch

Tori has been a wonderful…

Tori has been a wonderful representative of Wonder Ink. She has been an excellent resource for me, I had a lot of questions. She was patient and answered every question. She even checked back with me to make sure all was well. My small church has loved Wonder Ink. Parents are so proud of their children wanting to come to Children’s Church and then telling all about the lesson each week on the drive home and throughout the week. It’s made a big difference having Wonder Ink as our curriculum. I like how toddler through elementary has the same message each week. This leads to family discussions where all can participate.

Meaningful and Developmentally Appropriate

I love that WonderInk focuses on God, draws the whole Gospel message out of every Bible story, and uses Bible stories that are not always used. The actual Bible story is told in engaging ways that keep the attention of my little preschoolers, and I love the 3-5 minute videos because they don't take too much time but I can use them to retell the story I just told so that my kids get to hear the message twice to really drive it home. I love WonderInk!

Not Developmentally Appropriate & Too Harsh

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some feedback on the current curriculum. It seems that the materials for the 2 and 3-year-old age group might be more advanced than what is developmentally appropriate for them. The videos contain a lot of text that the children are not able to read yet, and the concepts may be beyond their understanding.

Additionally, the curriculum appears to focus more on themes of sin and wickedness rather than emphasizing God’s love, which recent research suggests is crucial for this age group. I believe a shift towards highlighting God’s love could be more beneficial and aligned with developmental needs.

Thank you for considering this feedback. I appreciate your dedication to providing quality education and look forward to any updates or adjustments you may make.

Thank you for your feedback, Diane. Are you referring to My Life Can Tell of God’s Wonder series? Or is this another series?
For My Life Can Tell of God’s Wonder, it is a review of the fourth core value of Wonder Ink: I am a child of God so my life can tell of God’s wonder. This lesson teaches kids about the gospel and what it means to follow Jesus. It means we get to be a part of His family. The Wonder Truth was God Invites Us into His Family. In the lesson story section, we begin with talking about how God created everything, and created humans in His own image. We talk about how every person, whether the person knows it or not, was created by God for a purpose. God created humans to be like a reflection always pointing back to God. Before we can join God’s family, we have to know what keeps us from a relationship with God, how sin—the wrong that we do—gets in the way. Then we talk about how we can’t be freed from sin on our own and we need a rescuer, and God sent one! God put His plan in action, and He sent Jesus to earth. When a person trusts Jesus as Savior and becomes a child of
God, the Holy Spirit goes into that person’s heart. Just like joining a human family comes with good things, joining God’s family does too! God’s children look forward to eternal life in the future. That means someday we will get to be with God forever. For this series, there is only one video for all ages currently. However, in the remaining series of year three, there is a separate video for early childhood. The editorial team does take a different approach for each video series. We look forward to hearing how you enjoy future series! If you have any further questions or would like to talk with our team, please email us at hi@wonderink.org
