I ordered the W4 Luxe quad stroller wagon and I have yet to receive it. The order was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago according to the shippers website. When I called Wonderfold Wagon’s customer service line the representative could not tell me where the order was, she didn’t know if it was in a pallet, on a trailer or with the shipping company. The representative told me I would receive the product by the weekend. It is now Thursday and I still have no idea where my order is or when I will receive it. I understand that shipping delays happen but when a product costs nearly $1,000 the customer should be given accurate information.
