The broadway experience was great, but I’m knocking off one star because it says ‘2 tickets’ when it’s actually just credit toward tickets. Customer service clarified it for me, but it was a bit confusing at first. Still, a thoughtful and fun gift overall.

Very difficult to navigate the website and the options to purchase are very limited.
In order for me to buy something I may use I had to stay on a chat line for about 20 minutes with someone from the company who handled it for me.
For a company that wants to inspire experience in life, I found dealing with the Wonderbox website nothing but aggravating.

HUGE SCAM. You can book much nicer hotels and experiences on your own for far less money. My husband paid $400 for a 2 night getaway wonderbox and the wonderbox offered the comfort inn at a $259 markup, totally $659 for two nights at a comfort inn LMAO. The hotel itself is like $60 on Expedia. Come on people. This is a gimmick. The hotel options suck. Booking the hotels directly is cheaper.

It was horrible to go through the process. I received 3 charges in my credit card. Several times a message of “an error ocurred please try again” came up after sending credit card details.
It generated very low trust on the process and system.
Absolutely thrilled with my Broadway Multi-choice experience from Wonderbox! The variety of shows to choose from was simply great. As a theater enthusiast, having such a broad selection of shows allowed me to explore different genres and performances.

There is only 3.5 hours window each day to call the customer service number and the automated response says they are closed during that time. Emailing them will not resolve the problem. This company is a scam, do not purchase from them. WonderBox CANNOT be redeemed anywhere.
This company is a complete scam. We went to a “partner restaurant” and they had never heard of WonderBox before. We couldn’t redeem the voucher. Seems like WonderBox is lying about their partnerships. We will be filing a complaint with the NY district attorney as well.

The voucher is useless when printed since the voucher number doesn't print in black & white, and the voucher doesn't print in color. If I want to give this as a gift, as intended, I would have to send it as an email, which is not what I want to do. I have tried calling Wonderbox during their very limited office hours, only to be referred back to email. I have emailed them 3 times, but have not received any assistance, only an automatic acknowledgement of my email.
This was a waste of $109! Next stop...my credit card company to try to get my money back!

I’d give zero stars if I could. Received a gift box to AMC for Christmas from a friend. My experience was impossible to register because my code was 9 digits and the website only takes 7 or 12 digits. Reached out to customer service with zero reply. A month later, I tried again and this time their website had been updated to tell you to add 000 if your number wasn’t long enough. I get through the registration process and then I’m told my experience has already been completed?!?!? There’s no way to redeem my AMC tickets. WTAF is this POS service? You consider yourself a gifting service?? I would never subject any of my friends to this bulls^%# and I’ve told my friend who gifted it to me that they should never use this service again. Utter trash.

I ordered a Wonderbox and have been following when it was supposed to be shipped. It was supposed to ship 5 days ago so I decided to reach out to Customer Support to get an update on the status. I emailed them and the only response was for my order number, I sent it and then no one gets back to me. I have tried calling multiple times and it keeps saying their support center is closed when everywhere I look on their website says they are open 9am-5pm. I am getting so frustrated that I spent a lot of money and expected the gift to be delivered BEFORE Christmas but I can't even get ahold of someone. I read another recent review about them kind of complaining about the same issue and when they said they aren't convinced this is an actual company, I am actually starting to agree. I will never purchase from this company again nor would I ever recommend it.
I ordered a getaway box for my wife and I two weeks ago and we were able to book directly our hotel online. There is a broad choice of Hotel. We are going to Miami next week, very excited!
I ordered an AMC movie package on 11/30 for my daughter and son in law for Christmas. First of all customer service is very hard to get a hold of. When you do get someone they keep giving excuses and do not follow through with what they promised. I was promised a refund of my shipping because they lied about the carrier. I was promised a tracking number emailed to me. I was promised a call back or email from the manager, none of these happened. If you look on their site it states the box is shipped with UPS and you are charged for that. Your invoice also states UPS is the shipper when in fact it is USPS. They say they will email you a tracking number, that doesn’t happen. Supposedly first delivery attempt went to the wrong place but they wouldn’t provide a tracking number. After 3 email inquires, 2 chats through their site and 2 phone calls I was able to obtain a new tracking number with USPS. Still waiting to see if that will arrive. I would not ever use them and advise anyone else to use their service. It’s nothing but a hassle and a huge waste of time. I still am not even convinced it’s an actual real company.

I made two purchases last week. One purchase is fine and I am keeping it. The other purchase has multiple items on that one order and it turns out will not be able to be used. I am trying to get a refund within the time frame they specify. I have tried calling and always hear their line is closed even during business hours. I have sent emails with no response. I have done live chat with no response.
updated as of 9:45am 12/13: live chat finally answered. they said my email and refund will be done today or tomorrow. i said how the phone line cannot be reached and was told they are busy during the holidays. if you are busy, hire more staff!
update as of 11:54am 12/14: i went on live chat this morning and was told the refund has been requested. now they are waiting to be told when it is processed. i said i should be told these things as they happen. it should not be up to me to follow up.
update as of 2pm 12/14: i received notice of the credit being processed. i got a receipt for the credit. now i will make sure it hits my bank, etc.
