We’d like to clarify that the tickets were not properly booked through the required process. As explained in the redemption instructions, you must first contact us to schedule your activity before attending. Since this step was not completed, the location was unable to recognize or accept your tickets.

The website was not allowing me to choose the Broadway tickets I wanted. The customer service number is only open for 3 hours. Can’t get complete answers on how to choose and use my experience. Very frustrating.

I couldn't find my tickets in my email and was starting to panic. Customer service was able to look for them with my email address and resent the tickets. I am extremely grateful!

Easy to Use, Flexible, Stress Free
Honestly had a great time; I was gifted 2 Regal tickets and a snackpack a little while back. This was fully a new concept to me. All I had to do is create an account, and register the gift, then I got my QR codes for each ticket and snack pack. I forgot, to book my seat online in advance, but when I arrived to the theatre that wasn't a problem, they just scanned the QR code, I picked my movie and got my snack pack, which btw the snack pack was REALLY nice. i was surprised. Wish I could add a picture here

Buyer Beware!
Beware! This company is a scam. They say they're having an internet issue but going on day 4 of not being able to use my box at all. Do not buy! Their customer service always says it's closed so you can't actually talk to anyone and it takes them forever to reply to emails. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Every single time i try to redeem my voucher code it give me an error code and says “try again later” but proceeds to still send the error code. I even exchanged it for another voucher and im still facing the same problem.

It's definitely a scam. I got AMC tickets and they won't work. Every time I go through the steps, it gives me a red error and won't process. There is no customer service number at all. Very scummy and this site should be investigated.

I had purchased two tickets to a Broadway show as a Christmas gift for my son. I was told the tickets would be delivered two hours before the play and he was outside thr theater and the tickets were never sent via email. I tried calling and emailing and the only response I got was that they would get back to me within 24 hours which is doing me no good when he is standing outside the theater. Waste of a train ticket a hotel room and a dinner in New York City terrible experience. I do not use the service ever.
