Have been using this auction on and off for a number of years and have purchased lots of vehicles and recommended numerous people to the auction and I have generally had no issues, however I recently won an auction, paid a deposit and left the vehicle to collect the next day. At this point the vehicle was driven by auction staff through the auction and parked in the auction car park. When I collected the vehicle and drove it home I noticed the aerial was missing, I had taken some pictures of the vehicle immediately after the auction and noticed the aerial was there in the pictures. Not a huge issue but when I phoned to complain the manager was apologetic but basically said its tough. Its not about the money but the principle, if an aerial can be taken what else goes on when you are not there BEWARE!.
