We placed an order from MC Donald’s with delivery time 35 minutes. After 45 minutes of no updates we see that our order is about to be delivered at 22.00. At 22.15 I contacted the customer service to ask where my order is and the response I got from a clown called Aurelia was that there were no drivers in my city so my order was coming from another city. I replied that I should be informed about this from the beginning as the deal was that I would wait for the food for 35 minutes, not 1.30 hours and that I demand a full compensation for this. The respond I got after 1.30 hours of waiting is that she cancelled my order as there were no drivers! Only the worst experience!

I am a restaurant owner and have been trying to contact wolt for over 2 weeks now and zero response. I don't even know why i decided to work with them specially after reading all the customers complaints. Definitely terminating my contract with them as soon as they reply to my 5 emails

You cant speak to the driver . He did leave food in the snow and he didnt contact me. No refund nothing .

Cold food refused to refund
Ordered McDonald's and our food arrived almost stone cold. We also selected for items to be removed from a burger due to allergies, when it was in the basket it showed the items removed but once the order had been completed and paid for it was not showing on the order but we didn't notice till the food got her. We were also missing items.
When reporting this to customer services on the App they advised nothing they can do about the items not removed as its not showing on the system, which is fair enough i guess.. They refunded for the missing items but despite me confirming the delivery driver didn't use a delivery bag as there wasn't one in his car the food was just sat on the passenger seat of the car.. they refused to refund us for the 80% of the food we couldn't eat because it was cold. Absolutely disgusting customer service.. wish I had looked on here before ordering.. Will never use Wolt again no matter where we are in the world

Every single time - every single time! - we wait 30-60 minutes longer than announced, and the food arrives either lukewarm or plain cold.
The problem is not the restaurants.
The problem is Wolt. Disastrous routing, poor planning. Delicious food gets destroyed by Wolt's incompetence. For us again and again and again.

Takes your money and deletes your account to avoid refunds
Ordered crispy chicken strips meal from KFC and paid 200kr, Got chicken wings/drimstick meal instead. Opened a chat multiple times with the support and everytime they closed the chat saying "Your profile is flagged" not explaining anything. I have unfortunatly 100+ orders with this company and this how they treat. I have continued to open multiply chat because everytime I open a new chat they give me different reasons to close the chat. 1st - "flagged profile" 2nd- "Breached terms & service" 3rd- "Account linked to other accounts" 4th- "My colleague already discused this" 5th- "You have an open chat already" PS it is impossible to have two chats open at the sametime with WOLT. They have NEVER DENIED delivering the wrong order. NEVER CONTESTED that they have delivered the write order. At the end THEY DELETED THE ACCOUNT after me saying I will present this online. They write out DELETED THE EVIDENCE that they messed up. This company is asking for a class action lawsuit.

This company is completely fraudulent. They are also hacking customers credit card and debit card. Do do use them or shop at any food company associated with them. They steal customers card details. I have not used my card in 4 days, yet there are 3 payments going out to Wolt Sweden for food order. FRAUD.

If I could put 0 star I would. Worst worst worst company ever. They will deliver your food 1h30 late and cold and will compensate you with 1,5€ 😂😂😂😂 and just keep sending you hearts and spaceships, it’s like talking to 4 years old. How annoying is that! The absolute WORST!

I get this message after trying to contact about the lack of an order. Luckily it was a small order and the courier just ate it. I was robbed by the Wolt company and I don't even know how to complain because contacting Wolt is contacting a robot. Never again this crap. I advise against it to everyone
