The staff here are amazing so friendly and helpful, I bought a bike off them and the guy I dealt with was Owen Reed, he’s a really great guy, friendly and really helpful.
I will definitely be buying my next BMW from them, and I will ask for Owen the next time.

First time using this dealership, travelled 75 miles on the off chance and was greated by Owen who was helpful and knowledgeable.
Left with a new bike ordered, Owen kept me upto date throughout and collection was straight forward, top job by Owen and the team.

I dont normally write reviews, but having just bought a new 1250 GS from Wollaston BMW in Northampton I have to say that I found the service I received was absolutely brilliant. Special shout out to Charlie for sourcing my motorbike.
Owen for organising everything and doing a fantastic job in getting my bike ready for me, he really went the extra mile.

Recently collected my R1250GS Rallye TE from Wollaston Motorrad.

I just wanted to give a massive shout out to the team, and in particular Alex and Owen. These guys helped organise the part exchange for my old bike and also helped me make the right choice of bike by sharing with me their advice and knowledge.

Both of these guys are clearly bike enthusiast's themselves, and it came over loud and clear that their aim was to clearly get me onto the right bike, not just make a bike sale.

Not happy been coming for years spent a lot of money, today I had a service the engineer has broken off a bolt. and I was told I would have to pay to get it put right. It seems loyalty counts for nothing here

I have been using Wollaston for the last 12 years for both purchasing and servicing my bikes. This week I needed some additonal lights fitted, but wasn’t free to ride it down to them - “no problem” came the reply - “we will collect it”. Great service - bike collected - work done - bike returned - all in 24 hrs. Thank you. Just a typical example of customer focused positive attitude to look after their customers.

I part exchanged my BMW R1250RT at Woolaston Mororrad and worked exclusively with Mr David Molnar over the exchange. He was a model salesperson who was attentive and speedy in his communications. He got back to me when he said he would and got me the parts agreed as part of the exchange. As the saying goes - If Carlsberg did BMW salespersons they would all be David Molnar's. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Woolaston BMW and if I need another RT I know where I'll be shopping.

Had to have an MOT carried out on my Bike at short notice. No problem whatsoever, dropped the bike off and was notified the following day that it was complet and ready to pick up, they had also give it a good clean as well.

Really chuffed to get my used Triumph Speed Triple 1050 RS today, delivered by Owen…. Very sad to say goodbye to my immaculate CBR650R but so excited to ride the Speed Triple RS…. Owen, I’ll hopefully be back in a year for my New S1000RR… watch this space!

We had a great experience buying a Honda 125 for my son. I had been looking for a while and spotted an ad for a bike which seemed perfect and at a sensible price. We reserved the bike, had a video viewing and bought it. Owen Reed was very helpful every step of the way. The bike was serviced and MOT'd prior to delivery and Owen even delivered the bike himself as there was a problem with their usual delivery driver. We are both thrilled with the bike and very happy with the service received from Wollaston Motorad.
