No reimbursement for returned order

I placed my order on December 14, 2022, and wanted to make a Christmas present for my mom. My order was not shipped until the beginning of January 2023. So, I wrote an email and asked to cancel the order.
Instead, some time later, they did sent my order to me. I sent it back right away, but didn't receive any refund for it. Three months later (after I contacted them via the contact form), they changed the status of my order to "reimbursed." But I still haven't received my money back! I tried to contact them, but they don't answer. It's November 8, 2023. Almost a year has passed! I do not recommend this shop to anyone.
