Dishonourable Traders

I am extremely appalled and disturbed by Wodable.com that they think it's acceptable to offer a refund and then challenge a retail dispute with my bank when clear evidence was provided for a refund.

I submitted an order 05/09/2023 and no update until emailing on 27/07/2023 with the tracking app showing "in transit" only. They agreed to send a replacement but no replacement was sent until I chased them again on 04/08/2023 where they said it was in their draft orders. I emailed again on 23/09/2023 with no further update and still saying "in transit".

They asked if they could resend to an alternative address or issue a refund on 02/10/2023. I replied with asking for a full refund. I had already submitted a retail dispute on 27/09/2023 due their incompetence and concern that they would never refund.

The funds were adjusted by my bank and the company has disputed this, and taken out the funds again. This is absolutely shocking and I will be taking this matter further to reclaim these funds.

If I could put 0 I would,. This company is shocking, blatantly taking orders and not sending them. They don't reply to emails,absolutely a disgrace and to be avoided at all costs!!

If I could rate 0 then I would.
I have been waiting for my parcel since October the 30th.
Had a few emails saying that’s it’s been sent but it still has yet to come.
Emailed for a refund and nothing back.
£45 down the drain so close to Christmas, it’s disgusting.

I’ve been waiting 2 months for my…

I’ve been waiting 2 months for my delivery. I’ve had a couple of emails from customer service, one stating they’d check it and to give them 24 hours to look into it… 1 week later I emailed again and they said they’d resend it. That was weeks ago. Awful.

Nice shorts, awful customer service

My partner ordered me a pair of shorts for my birthday. Despite ordering for speedy delivery, they arrived late and two weeks later I noticed an issue with the seam. It took 3 weeks to receive a response from customer services who promised a replacement and to reimburse shipping costs. The parcel has no been returned to them, and was recorded as delivered to them over 2 weeks ago. I have sent 3 emails and heard nothing about reimbursement, replacement or refund.
Good shorts. Shockingly awful customer service.

Don’t bother!

Ordered a product nearly a month ago. Wasn’t told when the item had shipped (had to chase that) then was sent a dispatch email with a Royal Mail tracking number that doesn’t work.

Emailed customer services for an update and refund and have heard nothing back.

Ordered some socks on March 5th

Ordered some socks on March 5th, didn’t receive them, emailed about not receiving them, I have recently moved flat and again emailed about this. Asked for a refund, nothing. So paid for a product I never received and a month later still no refund. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. It’s a shame because I liked the look of their products

Not the best first impression...

Ordered some funky socks for a fun valentines day gift. Placed order on a Tuesday, expected then to have arrived in time for valentines day on Sunday, especially since postage cost was £3.99, I figured it would be 1st class.

My order arrived the following Monday and the package label was 2nd Class. £3.99 for 2nd Class postage in a rubbish grey plastic bag for a pair of socks that weigh 20g, come on now!

I also think it's time that companies stop blaming Covid for slow deliveries. I've not had an issue with delayed deliveries for months.

The product is of decent quality, just a shame about the service and delivery.
