Capybaras best for me

We stupidly decided to go Bank Hol Monday, our own fault completly. The safari was rammed so we skipped it out, shame customers are selfish and park up for ages holding everyone up. The monkey drive through was fab, the staff in there kept the cars moving at all times, as im sure they did on the main safari. Highlight for me, the Capybaras, wanted to see them for so long and didnt dissapoint. The lady doing the talk was great, really passionate and informative.

Access card?

First if all I would just like to say, the park itself is fantastic and the animals are very well looked after!
Took both children who have access passes. Not enough staff to ask if they didn't need to queue. When I did mange to ask a member of staff to get in to watch the sea lion show she said they don't take the access card and the queue was huge so we didn't get in as they closed the doors at 15.30. woburn apparently accept access cards?!
Also £13 for one regular plain hotdog!!!! Criminal. We didn't buy, we went to the restaurant instead which was filthy! I had to ask for my cutlery to be washed. Every knife and form had dry crusty bits of food on them
Such a shame that once your inside, it's massively overpriced!
Otherwise it was a really lovely day and the staff are so so lovely, polite and helpful.

Visited last week and never again

Visited last week and never again! If I want to see animals I’ll go to Whipsnade zoo. The drive through the safari was interesting although several people stopped to view, which led to lengthy queues. Despite this, we managed to see the animals.
Our problems started when we went to the only cafe which was open. To say that the food was disgusting is an understatement. It was lukewarm, tasteless and unappetising, we left most of it untouched.
I contacted customer service and was passed from pillar to post without an outcome. They basically said that I should have asked to see the catering manager but I was in a wheelchair and we were starving and just wanted to get home.
No offer of a refund, hence I will never give them another penny nor will I recommend to my friends, the whole experience cost me £135. We visited the zoo last month where our experience was totally different - better quality and healthier food options. I should have read the reviews prior to our visit but hey, you live and learn.

It's average

The road safari was ok. It was good that one price allows unlimited safari access.
Far from impressed with the foot safari, compared to one safari park we normally visit. Food is extremely expensive and of basic quality.
There were some enclosures that looked abandoned and/or very unkept.
We would rather carry on visiting our usual safari park to the middle west of England!

Big cat breakfast

Incredible experience worth every penny ❤️ our guide Bob was very knowledgeable and to see the big cats up close and feel their presence was amazing! This has been without doubt one of the most incredible things I have ever done

We had a great day when we visited

We had a great day when we visited. I was extremely pleased that Abi was able to deal with an issue we had with a promotional offer we were trying to book, she was able resolve it promptly so we could continue with our visit as planned

VIP OFF ROAD ADVENTURE

We went on the VIP off road safari adventure on Saturday and had a fantastic time. Our driver was Helen and she was very informative. She drove us right up to the animals which we wouldn't have seen from the road. We were only about 6ft from the pride of lions that were asleep under the trees. Also only feet away from a tiger who walked around our jeep. Bears also feet away. Infact all the animals were only feet a way. We actually stroked one of the zebras through the window. Huge rhinos next to the jeep. It was definitely worth the £399 for 75mins off road adventure for 4 of us. Will be doing it again in September with other members of our family.

Definitely not wheelchair accessible.

Visited on a quiet midweek day. Very poor for wheelchair access and, in fact, my sister's wheelchair front wheel hit a pothole and broke off. The organisation seemed poor and the signage was poor also. Food and drink was expensive. Some security gates were faulty and had to be repaired which meant we missed some animals. Overall, the park seemed very rundown and in desperate need of repair, especially to footpaths. It was lovely to see the animals that we did manage to see.

This is by far the best of the wildlife…

This is by far the best of the wildlife parks we've visited. The £119 for a car with five people sounded a lot, but works out under £24 per person and it's a very full day's visit. The drive-round route means there's nowhere near as much walking as (say) Cotswold Wildlife Park as you drive round where the large/dangerous animals are on full view - with the monkeys often hitching a ride on the cars - then park up and the other animals, restaurants and toilets are all within a reasonable walk of each other. Lots of things like the little train are free which is something else most of the other parks charge extra for. We had a hot lunch which was reasonably good although we had to return to get some things that were delivered to our table incomplete, and it wasn't terribly expensive. Plenty of places to have a picnic if you bring your own food and drinks. We had an amazing day out and will visit again frequently.

We did the Giraffe vip experience

We did the Giraffe vip experience, it was a very wet day. But the guide was brilliant, so much information about all the animals, feeding the Giraffe was the so nice and even got to stroke one on the nose. Then taken around the park, and the guide made sure we got up close to take photos of most of the other animals.
I would highly recommend it.
