I strongly recommend that you do not purchase anything from this company (based in China).
They sent an item of clothing which was too small, which I have returned. They will not offer me a refund. Instead they want me to purchase another!!! Not likely!
They should not be allowed to trade with the UK market. I wish I had read Trustpilot before making my purchase.
The rating is not because the shoes were too small and very thin soled without arch support and too wide, that can happen, but I advise people to be aware that the company is China based, despite it appearing English. The repercussions of this are that first the shoes take a long time to come, but more importantly, when I had traced how to reach them, as there was zero literature in the package just the shoes themselves, they replied as follows. If I wanted to return the shoes I had to pay for the postage back to China myself and only on receipt would they be replaced with a larger size. How long was that all going to take? However instead I could opt to accept a £12 credit voucher and just give the shoes to friends or family!
