Shipping took almost one month and when I was ordering this I didn't know this was just some Chinese dropshipping crap.
The ball smells really suspiciously chemical and is incredibly loud. Quality feels questionable also.
I doubt my senior cat will like this. He is a bit scared of noisy things.

Fast, friendly, and efficient communication

There is no service, the videos are lies, the Powerball 2.0 can only jump on the place where it lies, you have to roll it or the cat. The service said this is normal and I have to send it back to the USA from Germany on my own costs. Never again, there are balls on Temu for less money that are better and not so boring for your cat.

The company made sure I received the parcel despite an initial delivery problem.

The toy on the floor sounds like you are drilling, actually my cat was scared of it. I asked to return it and since I'm in charge for the return cost, to send it from EU to US it costed more than the toy.
You can also find it in Amazon cheaper and with better return process!

Made a mistake in the ordering process and they fixed it for me instantly, great customer support!

It has been a month since I put in the order, and I haven’t even heard from them before I emailed them today (not even an explanation on what happened).

Apparently, due to technical issues, they didn’t process my order… which means if I didn’t chase, they were just going to walk away with my money without providing the product.

I’ve bought a ball similar to this before. My friend saw how much my cats like it and wanted it as well.

I would recommend save your money and go buy it from a competitor that sells something similar.
