Excellent service
Always liked the idea of online auctions but I was also dubious as you can never be too sure these days. Anyway took the plunge and registered with them and ended up with over a dozen bottles of whiskey/brandy/congac etc. all for a reasonable price and all arrived swiftly and very well packaged. Very happy with the service and will use them again and probably broaden my purchase to more than just alcohol !

Doing the online auction has been fun…
Doing the online auction has been fun and easy. It has only been two weeks, but I've managed to win a few lovely items. Once the auction has ended, payment is made, the following day I received a curtesy call which is always lovely. Then within 3-4 days my items arrived well packaged. Then another call to check that I am pleased with my items. All in all a lovely experience and I'm looking forward to many more.

Very efficient and straight forward
It’s really easy to bid. Fees are clear and concise. Delivery was extremely prompt.
My only suggestion would be to have a bit more detail in the listings as to what is available. The picture of a box isn’t always so helpful. Otherwise, really good to deal with.
