Customer service at its best
I’ve purchased a number of high quality premium items from WLC and always been happy with the quality of the product and the service.
I made a recent purchase of a Gucci Bag which; when arrived was not suitable.
Special mention to Thanasis who helped me locate another bag to replace it with, and effortlessly we did an exchange.
Nothing was too much trouble and he was superb to communicate with and managed every aspect of the process as you would hope, providing excellent customer service.
Highly recommend WLC and i will definitely make more purchases!

Usually happy with WLC Auction Fast resolution
Usually happy with WLC Auction but the last time l made bids I won 3 items. The problem is that they were bottle of alcohol and they didnt combine the postage they package all the item in 1 box and charge me 3 postage.
