WARNING!!!!!PARKING IS NOT AT LUTON…

WARNING!!!!!PARKING IS NOT AT LUTON AIRPORT, WE WERE DIRECTED TO MIKE BREWER MOTORS. AVOID THEM. YOU ARE DRIVEN THERE. THEY TOOK MY CAR KEY AND AND CAR WAS FOUND BADLY DAMAGED. THEY HANDED KEY BACK TO US AND DISAPPEARED. WE TOOK VIDEO OF CAR BEFORE AND AFTER COLLECTION WHICH PROVES DAMAGE WAS DONE BY THEM. OUR TELEPHONE NUMBER WAS BLOCKED WHEN TRYING TO CONTACT RE PAYMENT FOR DAMAGE. WE WILL BE TAKING FURTHER ACTION.

Wizzparking is a scam

I booked a flight with wizzAir and before the flight I reserved a parking with Wizzparking, paid but never received any instruction email or contact by WizzParking.

The day of departure, I parked in the regular Airport parking. No news from WizzParking.

I opened 3 tickets on Parkvia who was contracted by WizzParking: no answer.

I can confirm that the money was taken from the credit card.

Do not trust them.

Worst flight experience ever

I bought tickets and parking services from WizzAir.
Then I got my approval. When I returned from holiday the parking machine charged me an additional £80. I contacted them multiple times but received no response. It's been about a month.
I'm not recommending anyone here use wizzparking.com to book your parking spot. Please use the official websites of parking companies directly.

Worst service ever! Stay away!

I booked via wizzair.
I tried to change the dates of my booking in the wizzparking.com system 5 days prior but it didn't let me refund it and gave a lot of errors. I emailed the info @ wizzparking.com team 2 times (well in advance of the start date) - yet received no response. Later, I found they have a whatsapp number - where the customer support representative said I can't cancel the booking or make any changes as I am late, even though the representative completely disregarded the facts that they received my emails and did not take any actions at all.

All in all, an unacceptable level of service and will surely never use again.

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service. While ordering fast track on 17/04/2022 at the payment stage system showed the error, that not all mandatory lines completed. Amended hours and pressed the pay button again. The same error message appeared. While checking what was wrong, suddenly the system wrote the payment was successful and confirmation email sent. I checked the email here were 2 confirmation emails with different reservation numbers, checked my account, they charged me twice for the same booking. Contacted customer service by email on 17/04/2022, got ticket number and they wrote that they contact me within 4 working days. Two weeks later no response. Wrote another email on 27th exactly the saw response - we will contact you within 4 working days 🤷‍♀️ the worst customer service ever.
