Yes, shipping took some time. But this is mentioned on the website so I knew this before I ordered. What pleasantly surprised me however was the included access to the workout program which comes with every order.

A sham product from a sham company
Appalling quality. Long delivery time. Generic product from China with Chinese symbols on the display. No box! This is available on Amazon for under £10. You think that you are getting the best but you are just getting ripped off. I see that they haven't even claimed the TrustAdvisor site!
My advice - don't buy from here. They have imported and are simply selling on at inflated prices but making it look like they are giving a reduction in the cost.

First of all shipping is from China so…
First of all shipping is from China so it takes a while. Secondly ordered the skipping rope with a Matt the mad will not stay down keeps curling up at the bottom.There is nothing to keep the balls from flying off when you are doing the work out I've had digital ropes before they've all come with a fastener to stop this from happening this does not. I regret spending the best part of £50 on this could've got the same thing of Amazon for a fraction of the price my fault for falling into the adverts hype.

Pleasantly surprised
Got their ropeless skipping rope and I must say I'm pleasantly surprised. Works reallt well and tracks my jumps and calories burned. The only reason i'm giving 4/5 is because of the delivery time, which was about a week. But they mention this on their site so I knew it before ordering.
