I won 700 hundred pounds sent all documents they asked for and after 3 weeks my withdrawals are still pending numerous emails I have sent and no reply after reading reviews on here looks like I'm gonna be waiting a while or maybe never get my money this site is a joke and I think watchdog should definitely investigate this company before they do any more people out of money please don't join any of their site they are con men

❌AVOID❌ I sent in all requested Id and my winning showed as processed, even waited 3 days for a email reply as there is no customer services number and they said it will be in my bank 3 working days. ❌ RECEIVED NOTHING❌ Received a email saying I had been chosen for a free no deposit spin but when I logged on , nothing was there I contacted customer services again had to wait 3 days for a reply . They said when you playing and it disconnects the game still goes on and any winnings are applied 30 minutes after. They said they could see that £85 was applied to my bonus amount ❌ LIES❌ I never got disconnect as the game never showed up or was not activated and no money was added to my bonus credit. This website need watchdog on to them as it’s definitely a scam . ❌AVOID ❌

I have £750 as a withdrawal but it just says pending. Been like that for over 2 weeks. I have emailed many times but all i get is an automated response sayng they will get back to me. Have emailed the complaints but there response says that it is a support issue.
I hope this review stops at least one person from signing up to wizardslots.
They are deliberatly hoping that customers don't persue the winnings so that they can keep it.

Allowed a reverse withdrawal despite it being against the law.

I have signed up to close to 100 casino sites in the last 3 months(to take advantage of offers, and i have only come across 2 that I would never use again! One of them is wizard slots, mainly due to there £2.50 withdrawal fee for every withdrawal! Ive only come across 3 sites that charge for withdrawals or deposits and it seems unnecessary, wizardslots actually has the highest of the 3, the problem with this is, you loose the first 2.50 of what you win!

I am happy to loose all that I deposit through playing slots, thats the risk of gambling, but -£2.50 down as soon as you deposit was a surprise!

At minimum this site should make it much more clearer when you deposit that they charge for withdrawals.

Avoid this company at all costs! My partner registered and played £40 using our joint account. He won and withdrew £1000 and they've refused to pay out, saying his winnings are void because the bank account is not in his name! It's a joint account for goodness sake and he had my blessing to use it. It takes them 3-5 days to respond to emails and they request so much identification, basically just stalling so they don't have to pay out. Funnily enough they refuse to pay out the winnings but also will not refund money used to deposit. We will be taking this further!

Can never get money out. Had to use a resolution service and the ombudsman to sort it out.

Terrible been playing for a while deposited alot of money had a few small wins which I withdraw took ages but I got them. Tried to withdraw yesterday and they asked for passport proof of address usual stuff. This is fine sent this they accepted. Then they asked for proof of payment card fine sent this. Then today they have asked for me to provide proof of two payment cards that are no longer in use and I haven't used to deposit with for months. I also can't access my account to delete these payment cards as the account has been blocked. I have tried to contact through there email but am yet to receive a response. Why they would ask for verification three times rather than asking for everything they need in once email is beyond me. Obviously this is to delay payments for as long as possible. Once I get my funds I will be closing my account and not using this site again. Beware this site is useless.

I recently deposited £10 and ended up winning £50 so decided to withdraw! Seemed to go through fine until 4 days later I realised my money still hasn’t gone into my account after stating it takes 1-3 days. I Emailed the customer services who told me I needed to verify my account with 3 forms of ID (I wasn’t told this when I withdrew my funds!)
I sent over 3 forms of ID. Another 4 days have passed and still no reply to my email containing my ID. No number to call! Just a waiting game.
Glad I didn’t deposit more than £10 seems like a scam site

To withdraw any money they ask you to walk the earth. They ask you to send your passport photo, when you do they take 3 days to reply. Then after that, they ask for letters of your address AND a copy of your phone bill to confirm your mobile number? My phones not on contract i dont have a phone bill, i offered to send them pictures of the card i deposited with. they dont help. then they just ignore you. You cant reverse withdraw funds which means you then cant even play off the money there holding of yours, its basically just vanished money. because they ask for the impossible for you to withdraw funds. Absoloutle scam of a company. I got drawn in by a fancy offer through email, dont fall for the same thing.

Only reason I’m giving 3 stars is they locked my account and kept my
90£ but when I got through on email he sorted it out straight away customer service is 5 stars and my account is 3 thanks James for sorting this out straight away

not sure if they are a litigate company they take your money but refuse to any requests of withdrawals another concern is the amount of times they request ID customer services send same email repeating the request for ID they refunded my account with a balance which I didn't want and i have £600 in limbo be very cautious the site is a bit of a honey trap in the sense it is great fun you enjoy the challenges nice lay out but they dont honour withdrawls and now im concern about how they will use the infomation i gave them.

Really bad company. I can not reiterate enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO TAKE OUT WINNING FUNDS.
They will let you deposit as much as you like but as soon as it comes to withdrawing they make you jump through hoops. They ask for so much information about you and you need proof of everything right down to the last time you used the toilet! The games themselves are good but the company as a whole is damn right wrong. Please dont waste your money on this website there are plenty more honest bookmakers out there that make it a lot easier to get what is rightfully yours.

Was on live dealer casino wagerin £10 and the i won and the casino didn't credit the winnings to my account and now i am trying to resolve the issue throw email with i see every one below is moaning about be slow I hope this is not the case and the casino will sort this out and let me withdraw my money I will keep htis updated.

I have only rated this a 1 as there was no option to rate it a 0. Stay away from this site, they take your money but make it very awkward almost impossible to withdraw it if you actually win any. Play on a more trusted site.

Not sure at the moment. Made a withdrawal they asked for docs which I've sent. They said I was verified then blocked me out of account????? No money yet not sure of I'll get it. Tried getting in touch and no answer . Will have to wait to see if I can get in touch. If nothing will be complaining to gambling commission as I've never had this before??
