Sizes are very small and returns are not easy to make
The sizes are very small, a man’s size doesn’t fit a size 14 woman comfortably, I asked about returning an item and they made me worried that I wouldn’t get my money back so I’m keeping the item to give to a 10 year old. You have to pay for your own returns which was very disappointing as the item wasn’t as described.

I ordered the personalised Hogwarts letter. The website was very helpful and clear on how to leave the personalised details. Ordered Friday and arrived the following Wednesday. Looks absolutely amazing with Hogsmeade mail stamps and Hogwarts seal!
