This is a company NOT to be trusted

This is a company NOT to be trusted. I purchased a whirlpool bath(now no longer sold the way I purchased) and it came faulty. Confirmed by their engineer as a manufacturer fault. Despite this they insisted I pay upfront for the repair, to be refunded if it was confirmed as manufacturer (which it was). They then refused to reimburse claiming they couldnt account for other things that MIGHT have happened since i received it.... nonsense.... DO NOT TRUST these folks they'll play every dirty trick they can to avoid fulfilling their responsibilities. The bathtubs made by them are extremely substandard and will fail regularly. Buy only if you are prepared to repeatedly fix yourself.
