The worst online casino there is, don’t expect a payout because you will more than likely never see the money. I had a payout of $3,000 they said 3 - 5 business days for the wire transfer to get to me. I asked when it was sent, first was told the 18th, then asked again and it was the 17th ... so which is it? I have no idea, if it was the 17th they are over the allotted time, 18th the same thing. After some major haggling with the chat staff finally got a tracking/reference number, called my bank since they are able to track it, they called the relevant people and LO and behold there is no record of this wire transfer ever being sent. Went back to the chat and was assured it was sent, please wait another two days for it to arrive I was told, that would make it Friday, they will shelf it and claim they don’t work weekends, According to the PROCESS CONFIRMATION received by them a bank draft takes 5-7 days. You may ask why didn’t I chose a different method? Well that would be because Canadian players only have the one option for payouts and that’s a wire transfer, yet they have many methods to take your money.

I called my bank again, they traced it again, and guess what? Nothing! I am told by my bank manager that money coming from these places, like Malta, can only be traced by the sender. This Wixstars is a total Scam, I know I will most likely never see the money, but that doesn’t mean I will give up.

Absolute joke for an online gaming site. I was given free spins & won £45.00 then £25.00 and now they want me to send details of my identity. Yous are quick enough to take my money but won't pay out when I win. Stay away from this site is my opinion.

This company are utter fraudsters. Do not touch them or any of Aspire Global brands with a barge pole.

1) Illegally contacted with promotional material directing me to a URL to complete a registration. Terms stated in bonus were 100% match x25 wagering and max bonus Euro300 (even though I am in U.K. and have a different currency)

2) URL directed me to a Swedish Landing page where registration was completed. Apparently during this process I have accepted Terms not stated above.

3) Deposited GBP50 with 100% bonus.

4) Won 11,479 over the course of 6-7 hours game play.

5) Withdrawal requested.

6) Email received from WixStars stating bonus conditions breached and entire balance voided.

7) I am now led to believe that during the registration process I have accepted terms (in Swedish as directed by the promotional material) that are highly convoluted and state that I cannot engage in certain gameplay.

8) IBAS complaint has been registered.

9) I've been in contact with Tsachi Maimon - CEO Aspire Global. Honestly the nonsense coming from this guy is incredible. He's stated the Wixstars platform is far superior than any other provider even though they can't even restrict game play for games that would void a balance.

AVOID THESE CROOKS - They are complete fraudsters.
