Tamping problem Sage the Oracle
Jag har haft problem med tampningen på min Sage the Oracle. Tampningen blev helt enkelt så hård att det varit problem att få ut kaffet ur hållaren efteråt. Jag har experimenterat med att ändra malning och tamptryck under en tid, dock utan effekt. Det tog ett tag innan jag hittade fram till rätt support team men efter att jag kommit i kontakt med Service avdelningen på Witt så fick jag väldigt snabbt hjälp med mitt problem. Supporten (René) var väldigt professionell, snabb, vänlig och flexibel i sitt bemötande. Väldigt uppskattat när man tillbringat timmar med att försöka hitta en lösning själv utan att lyckas.
