Yotta is done :(
Apparently they're using an unreliable ACH handler. They're not a real bank, and money is now all locked up. This, just after they start transitioning to more of a gambling platform thinly veiled as "not" gambling. I imagine they have lost what little eroding trust they had. They did with me. I would expect this company's final days are nigh once people regain control of their accounts. They had lost credibility and respect before, but they greatly hastened that process with the recent funds lock-ups.

They locked my account Due to their recent downfall everybody was going the money out of accounts that I locked everybody's accounts nobody can draw the money out My bills are going bad and they refuse to give me my money back to contact you federal government they are just a piece of crap company do not put your money in there they're predatory lenders they're totally and completely worthless no customer service can't talk to nobody to joke
Yotta went from a good idea to a scam…
Yotta went from a good idea to a scam that should be illegal. They claw back earned interest if you do not open the app within 30 days. Should be illegal. Ready to join the class action lawsuit.
Yotta is evil
Yotta is a manipulative, deceitful, and exploitative gambling app masquerading as a savings account. They claim to provide an alternative to lotteries while using gambling addiction mechanics to draw users away from true high-yield savings accounts with APYs twice as high.
Anybody who thinks Yotta is giving them a great deal is either a mark or a shill. Feel free to try to figure out which are which.
Yotta did an update where technically…
Yotta did an update where technically your tickets would be worth more. Problem is you have to open the app every single day and designate exactly how many tickets you want. it wasn't just sit and forget collect your interest off of whatever you might have randomly won.
My winnings or interest or whatever you want to call it should just automatically go to my account. This app has just become a casino in disguise
Explorative business practices
After being a user for multiple years I STILL have not received the metal credit card that was promised for 10 referrals. The new version exploits users and reeks of a gambling scam. Terrible customer support, stay away at all costs.
Downhill Slide
The account started out as a great way to incentivize people to save but they've moved away from that and turned into a gambling app. The company isn't disclosing info as much as they should and made things more complicated to participate in their "free" lottery.
This app has degenerated into a scam…
This app has degenerated into a scam with very poor payback odds, and of course the odds usually aren’t great for lotteries but this is substantially worse. They reduced the number of tickets you get by 95% (2 daily instead of 100 daily) but kept the grand prize (which nobody has ever won) the same at $1 million.
Doesn’t take a mathematician to see how awful that change is.
My friend who referred me was also randomly banned for seemingly no reason, and had his winnings stolen from him. He had over $25 in prizes they stole, and when they claim they pay prizes instead of interest.. I think that is criminal and I hope there is an attorney who starts a class action lawsuit.
NEW UPDATE: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Yotta used to have a great system until the most recent update. With the latest update they replaced over 20,000 tickets that I had saved up with their equivalent of monopoly money (YottaCash). We now have to use this monopoly money to BUY tickets. They didn't even give me an equivalent amount of "fake" money to cover all 20,000 tickets. They stole over 90% of them. Worst part is you can't even exchange the fake money for the cash value amount. Overall, the new system is schemy and shameful and would NOT trust putting your money in here.
It’s not bad and a great way to earn/…
It’s not bad and a great way to earn/ save money but I wish there was a better way to earn tickets and not just tokens besides gambling them.
I earn more interest with Yotta!
Yotta is a way better option than a traditional bank. I never really carry large balances in my bank account and regular banks rarely pay interest on checking accounts. Recently with Yotta I won back a purchase I made as interest. It was only $18 but that’s way more than any bank has ever paid me before. It makes banking fun and it feels more fair to us.
By far the most BLATANTLY OBVIOS RIPOFF
By far the most blatantly obvious rip off sight iv see. They claimed their game play to be fair after posted my first review so I thought I'd give another try, a few weeks later..... F__k them! I like the moon shot game, play same game on other sights and yotta blows!! I'd wager both my testicels that as soon as you open the app and log on there is a tracker keeping tabs on the amount you wager which in turn determines how long the rocket travels. Bet big it explodes almost instantly bet small it varries how far it travels, no bet at all and watch it fly to the moon. Start betting again. And instant explosion as many times as it takes to whittle any thing you've won AND/or paid for. 4.....5......6 times in a row it explodes with no chance of saving it. Don't bet one turn it goes sky high... this was not a one time experience. This has been my daily experience for the past several weeks. Do we as users have anyone fight on our behalf and policing these rip off sights to be sure they actually PRACTICE fair play. Not just show the gaming commission one time it's set right... after they are gone who is is keeping tabs so they are not only fair play on audit day. How ever infrequently they are checked..... with plenty of forwarning too I'm sure. Even casinos are giving better returns then on that game then yotta and you KNOW you going to loose before you even enter a casino....!!! Just can't fathom how these places get away with crap that sooooo plain to see.
Yotta bank is not a bank
Yotta bank is not a bank. They are another unethical fintech company that misrepresents who they are. I was a fan at first and kept adding deposits. I started using all the products they put out. I got there “credit building” credit card. I got it for the benefits. I have over 20 years of a good payment history.. so i did not need it for builing credit. Last year I had a couple old credit cards close. I did not think much of it due to my excellent payment history. A couple months later I was denied auto insurance. I was confused about that. I checked my credit and found that I had a number of slow pays with synapse. I was unfamiliar with synapse. I did some research and it was the yotta card. I contacted them and they stated there is no way to be late with the card. I had over 20k in deposits and you can't take the card off auto pay. The stated they would correct it. After 6 month of back and forth nothing has been done. They keep stating they will correct. They have not corrected the error and I have gotten a law firm involved.
Yotta IS NOT A BANK. They also have lost there banking partner, evolve bank and trust. Evolve bank has also cut ties with synapse. Synapse have been having issues and have laid off half of thire staff. This just scratching the service of how bad yotta bank has been. They have violated federal regulations with fair credit reporting act both in, Incorrectly reporting me late and not correcting the error in a timely manner. I'm now going to write this review as a waring to others and for others to take action and take their money out now.

I rate Yotta a 5 out of 5
I rate Yotta a 5 out of 5, but if it were up to me, I would rate Yotta a 10 out of 5. It is so exciting to see what surprise awaits me whenever I open a Yotta Box Prize or see what I win from the lottery tickets. Yotta has a been a blessing for my family and I. A few months ago, I won over 100 dollars from one of the Yotta Box Prize, which helped us out during a time we were short on money. Now, this past week I won another 25 dollars from just opening another Yotta Box Prize. In a traditional savings account I only would’ve seen less than 1 percent rate in my savings. I would not have seen this amount of money, the way I have been earning with Yotta. I can’t thank Yotta enough.
It's always been amazing
It's always been amazing! Customer service is amazing! And I love the daily lottery picks
