Quality products, great price, good service. However, my sunglasses arrived in 36hr instead of 24, not really an issue and customer services were quick to respond to my email.

In most respects this was a perfectly good retail experience. My only quibble is that the glasses I purchased were advertised as deliverable within 24 hours, whereas, in fact, they took about 3 days to arrive. It didn't really matter to me, but worth noting I think.

Thank you for your comment. However we would like to clarify the comment about the time frame Your order was made on a Sunday evening. It was processed and sent out the following Monday and delivered and signed for by the Tuesday afternoon. Our delivery details state that if your order is made on after 3pm, a bank holiday or on a weekend, the order will be processed the next working day.
