Obsessed!!!!!
I absolutely LOVE this product. It is so beautifully calming. I use it at night before I go to bed, I use it when I shower, and the white noise to put me to sleep. I’m obsessed. Customer service (especially Isabelle) is 12000000/10! Highly recommend. You will not regret.

I had the best experience with Havie. I was extremely excited to get this product ordered that I had forgotten to add my apartment number for delivery. I reached out initially and was told they cannot update it since it shipped and then after not receiving it (in hopes of it just being delivered to the building with management redirecting it to me), I kind of gave up hope. From previous experiences I haven’t had the best luck with customer services regarding shipment orders etc. I was hoping to move my salt rock lamp into my kids bedroom and had ordered the Havie lamp for myself. After seeing several ads of the Havie lamp I decided to try to reach out to customer service and had the best experience! Isabelle was extremely helpful and quick to make sure a replacement was sent out, she responded in less than 24 hours in all the emails that were exchanged and was so pleasant to communicate with! I am so glad I reached out and am really looking forward to enjoying my new lamp! I appreciate amazing humans that care about others and quality products that benefit our overall health and well-being!

Not only does HAVIE HAVE SOME OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND, BUT THEIR PRODUCT IS ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE TOO! The lamp i got my girlfriend for Christmas started making a weird noise, so i reached out to the team to troubleshoot. Isabelle was incredibly responsive, helpful, and an absolute joy to work with. You can tell she takes her job seriously, and genuinely enjoys helping her clients. 10/10 experience, completely hassle free.

I really enjoy my lights! They create such a good vibe in my space! It’s all about the lighting in a cozy space if you ask me. They are easy to use and set up. The havie lamp is my favorite!! If you don’t get it you are missing out! I struggled with the eye light but I just reached out and got a quick response. Which to me is so much more important. They explained how to fix it and it made so much sense. I just didn’t use my critical thinking skills haha. Now that I got it set up I love it! These days customer service is so AI generated, and/or lacking, and I did not feel this way at all. It felt personable and quick to response. I highly recommend!

My Havie came without a usb cord and a loose base ring. I contacted customer support and was answered promptly that they are cutting back on electronic waste and I was also given a video that showed how to snap the base ring in. I asked them to ship me a new one since I tossed the ring thinking it didn’t work, and they graciously sent me another one. I love the Havie, it has a lot of functions, but the amber colored waves are enough to make the purchase worth it. So relaxing after a long week. My toddler enjoys it too. I’ve had one of their lamps before and I really loved it and I used it a lot until the motor broke and it wouldn’t spin anymore and I sent a message to an ad just to say how much I liked it and that I was bummed that it broke and they messaged me personally and they offered to send me a completely new one and I can’t thank them enough and it was for free .

At first I was frustrated because the touch feature wasn’t working (I came to find I needed to be better about reading instructions). The touch feature is on the logo, not the side silver panel buttons. Isabelle responded to my email to support first thing Monday morning. She was kind, thorough, and attentive. She walked me through what I needed to do to get the light to function with manual touch vs. remote. She gave an incredible experience and service.
