A ZERO would have been more appropriate!
I paid 79€ for an advice that turned out to be a SCAM.
Contacted them and they came, in 24h, asked 79€ and told they had to order a piece (expected price was +/- 200) and that would last 5 days. No news after 7, 8, 9 days so I contacted someone else. There was nothing wrong with my machine, just something blocked in the filter.
And no reimbursement of my 79€ despite several requests. Real scammers.

their repair man come to my house and my wife offered him something to drink, and he chose a coffee. When he checked the wash machine, he took the bad part away with him , and asked 24.5€extra for 3mins beyond 15mins witch is included in 79€. So they solved nothing, drank some coffee and We paid for the time and they took the main control part with most chips away with them. We paid over €100 for nothing. Don’t use them , they are trash!
