I highly recommend Witeruum to everyone! The workspace is impeccably organised and professional, creating a delightful working environment, with endless support from the owners☺️ Taking up space here was a decision I am truly pleased with, and I have no complaints!

I would like to take a moment to express my utmost satisfaction and appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Witeruum. From the moment I moved in, they have gone above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness.

I was pleasantly surprised by their warm and welcoming nature. They made me feel right at home from the very beginning. As I settled into the initially assigned room, I realised it was a bit too small for my requirements. However, upon conveying this, they swiftly took action and upgraded me to a larger room. Absolutely NO FUSS!

Whether it's about maintenance work, upcoming events, or general information, I receive regular updates that make me feel connected and involved. It's evident that Witeruum truly care about fostering a sense of community and ensuring that all businesses are well-informed and performing.

I would definitely recommend working with Witeruum to everyone! Everything is super clean, tidy and professional. It is also a lovely working atmosphere and everyone is super friendly, the owner is also lovely and she made me feel very comfortable especially as a young business owner. Very glad I took the space I cannot fault it !!

Erika and Liam are the best landlords I could ever ask for, they make the best buildings for their tenants. Every clients walked in the building and my beauty studio they’re all impressed by the space and looks of the beauty of the building. Witeruum is the best company you could possibly imagine, Erika not just a landlord she even a good marketing person, she helps all of us with marketing work, give advice when we need one. She’s will always be there to support us. I’m so glad and grateful that im with Witeruum. You will never regret your decision if you do the same like me.

Absolutely amazing I moved into my new beauty room earlier this month… every little detail that I could possibly think of as a tenant/business owner has been met. Erika is a true genius with so much passion in what she does. A dream landlord.

I am a podiatrist and have worked for the past 14 years from my home in a purpose built, modern clinic. So my expectations were extremely high, I have spent the past 12 months looking for the perfect space to move to, and in November last year (2022) I finally found it!! Thank you Erika & Liam for making me feel so welcome and for creating such a beautiful, modern, spacious and safe space for all to work from. We spend a lot of time at work and I am proud to call this my second home!!!!!

My patients absolutely love coming to visit me here, they love my room, and the character of the building, the pedestrianised, tree lined location, all whilst located so close to the city centre and such convenient parking at the very large Victoria Park Car Park!
Even Ed who has been carrying out the renovations is an absolute pleasure to have around!

Great place to start up your own beauty business. Centre location and easy access for your clients. The place itself is always spotless and warm. Additional, Erika who runs the place is very friendly and helpful, nothing seems too much for her if you ask. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I’ve been at Witeruum for around 5 months and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience so far. The facilities provided are great ( parking, communal reception and break utilities ). The location is perfect for myself as a commuter as well as my clients! And Erika ( management ) is kind and understanding, easy to communicate with and most importantly she tends to your professional needs with efficiency. As the youngest business owner in the space, witeruum is a really great environment for business growth. Flexible contracts as well as fairly priced rooms.

I've been renting 2 rooms for almost 2 years until I opened finally my own salon 🙌 It is an amazing place to start your business, hassle free, without paying more bills except rent (that helps a lot 🙂)

I started my beauty business at Witeruum doing skincare. I have been here for over 2 years now. Beautiful building that has lots of natural light. Nice communal waiting area. Very convenient location with a lot of available parking. Rooms are priced fairly, which really allowed me to establish and grow business. I can not recommend this place enough! Thank you for creating such an amazing environment

It has been great renting a space from Witeruum for about 6 months. Management are friendly approachable and respond promptly to concerns and I'd happily recommend if you're looking for a space in a great location.
