Contacted customer service to close my loyalty account as I don't shop here anymore. Provided email address, full name and the (now disconnected) phone number associated with the account, and after two days of stuffing around with offshore texting, receiving responses at 4am on Monday morning, they advised they didn't have my contact details and would not help me any further.
Lost delivery, no direct contact details for Witchery to follow up only SMS & email which you go around in circles with, it’s been 3 weeks with nothing resolved even though StarTrack have confirmed parcel was lost & to deal with Witchery, substandard customer service. Do not recommended online purchases from this store.
Witchery & Country Road owned by Woolworths Holdings along with Mimico, Trenery, Politix. Witchery has same head office in Melbourne, same A.I bot SMS/Chat, and same appauling customer service. Second order in the last few weeks that has gone AWOL. I’m not sure what’s going on with Witchery but I am very disappointed in their customer service and satisfaction. I won’t be caught again !!!!
Poor customer service. I was trying to purchase a $300 dress online, and was told that if I signed up, I would get a 15% discount. After the discount never came through, I contacted customer support, who told me there isn't any way for her to possibly generate me another code, and if it wasn't in my junk folder, then there wasn't anything she could do. I won't be spending my money here. I can't support a business that treats its customers poorly.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jasmine at Witchery in Manawa Bay, Auckland New Zealand, and I must say, her service was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, she was not only professional but also incredibly sweet and helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for, and her positive energy and smile made my shopping experience even more enjoyable. It’s such a breath of fresh air to encounter someone as warm and attentive as Jasmine!
In contrast, my recent experience at the Witchery in Newmarket with a different staff member (the older lady with short grey hair) was disappointing. The service was less than stellar, and I left feeling quite unsatisfied. Jasmine truly set the bar high for customer service, and I’ll definitely be returning to the Manawa Bay store thanks to her outstanding professionalism and lovely demeanor.
