Great experience
I had a great experience, they're very fast to transfer the amount if you exchange a gift card for money, and digital gift cards are on your email instantly. Even when one of the gift cards didn't work, they were quick with reimbursing. Thanks!

Diner Cadeau vouchers can unfortunately only be used physically and must therefore be sent by post. We hope you received the cards in time. If not, you can of course return them free of charge.
Smooth service but high commission
The service works very smooth, but the commission (around 20%) could be a bit lower. Especially, for exchange for other gift cards. Otherwise would be a 5 star.

I had ordered a Nintendo e-card, but this turned out to be a gift card for Nintendo online (I don't know why Nintendo has two kinds either). Luckily I'd noticed this before I'd activated the code. I emailed Wissel about this and received an almost immediate reply (on Saturday evening!) that they had invalidated the code and would return the money to my account. Excellent service and no apologies needed!
