The whole team has been working hard to provide appropriate services to meet my marketing needs. I especially appreciate Fany's effort and expertise.

Our account manager, Tomas, is a great communicator. Whenever I have ideas, suggestions, or issues, he takes care of them quickly and effectively. We're grateful for Wishpond's top-notch service over the years.

Multiple unsolicited emails from their staff. Not one, not two, three so far. The emails don't even address our company properly. One is enough.

Easy and quick communication. Andres was always on top of buildout and any changes. 100% will use Wishpond for next website project.

Not fit for purpose.
I Signed up with Wishpond earlier this year. I was missold what their service was initially but after that gave them the benefit of the doubt that I could still use their services. It's been over 6 months now and their team keep making mistake after mistake on the simple things like getting the wrong brand name and products in the marketing material they have produced which renders all of it useless. Their email templates are simple AI generated messages which anyone could produce on chat GPT. I am so far yet to see any value in their products.

I don't know this company from Adam ... my non profit is US based. Somehow their sales rep latched onto the new website and emailed. I was gracious enough to reply and all I got was further sales pitches after I explained we were not a fit and why. MOVING FORWARD Iwould never give this unprofessional company and their reps aragant disregard I experienced and waste of my time a shot ... ever.

Alejandra was very helpful and patient with me in answering the many questions I had about the process we'd be following to better market my business. I especially appreciate her pushing me along to ensure actions were completed in a timely manner. Thanks Alejandra!

Consistently send spam emails selling their services. I have never heard of Wishpond, let alone given you my email address. I don't appreciate the cold calling and I will certainly never use your services. Don't do business with these guys, pressure tactics and cold calling will mean you'll regret working with them.
