I paid for 2 pictures and they put both on 1 piece of paper. The dancing wasn't as good as other videos I saw. I purchased because they of such good energy but they look rushed and not much effort or funny. Still was good but not what I expected. Video quality was bad

I experienced an issue with my order as…
I experienced an issue with my order as I didn’t receive any confirmation initially, so I had to contact customer service. Thankfully, I received the confirmation the following day, they had a very promot and professioanl reaction.
The video was delivered quickly, on the same day I got the confirmation, which I really appreciated:)
However, I was just a bit disappointed with the energy in the video. I had expected more enthusiasm, but I do understand that people can be tired, just the whole point of these videos is to capture fun, energy, and laughter, so you can truly surprise someone for their birthday.
