The steps where very clear to do the only thing was I didn’t get a automatic date on when to expect my package

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Awfullllllllllllll quality. Ugly jeans. Took almost 3 months to recieve and once I received them. They were sooo not nice lol. I wanted to return but had to pay shipping to China. They would not refund me. Wanted to give me a $10 coupon on next order. I do not want to order from them so this was not ok. Waste of money and a disappointment honestly. They should be ashamed

Do not order from this company . Besides taking months for product to arrive, the quality of it it’s not what they post on line. This is the cheapest material I have ever seen. They don’t do returns or exchanges so if you don’t like something they give you 20% off your next order. But, who would want to order another order when all the stiff they sell is literally trash. Total Fraud.

Do not buy from this company. They left my order pending for almost a week and a half because one item was not yet available and I only found this out when I emailed them. I then told them to cancel the order because I wasn’t going to receive it on time for what I needed I went back and forth emailing some women name Vicky who was trying to get me to switch the pending item. I told her I wanted a refund instead they sent the package to me by mail so I’m returning it back while waiting for the “ refunding department” to review the refund. Don’t deal with these people

I’ve ordered my birthday dress from them and still have no gotten an update or or anything 3 weeks later . My birthday is now approaching and I don’t have my birthday outfit . I’m very upset and I’ve emailed them they have not answered , I looked up my tracking number & it says it can’t be found like what ??? I’m so upset I paid over 60$ for it to still not be here !

I ordered some things I believe in October and I just received them on 12/27/23
This will be my last order if I don't receive them sooner

The order process went with ease. other than that I don't have anything else.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AND ITS BEEN OVER 6 weeks no response from CS and track g number does not exist with UPS. It’s a fraud and those good reviews are also fake!!! I’m filing a complaint asap

Don’t buy from this company. I placed my ordered 10/25 for a December event. Order hasn’t came and customer service claims they don’t even have the products I ordered…what? Then they will ask if you want something else and refuse to answer your emails when you ask for a refund.

Placed an order that never shipped. After over a week without getting a shipping notification I emailed them to ask for an update. Customer serviced completely ignored my email. Luckily I payed with paypal and was able to file a dispute. Only then did their customer service team reply to me to tell me they were out of stock on the item I wanted and try to pressure me into choosing a different item even after I told them several times I didn't want an exchange just a refund. Ultimately, I had to go through Paypal to get a refund.
