Don't trust this seller. They're very persistent and skilled at deceiving customers. They brazenly justify their fraudulent behavior and try to writting EU directives and consumer protection.
This seller writes about EU directives, claiming that their warranty and return policy state that return shipping must be coordinated with the seller! But in reality, nothing of the sort is stated on their website.
This seller insists on filling out a return form before shipping the package. Why fill it out if the package was at the pickup location the entire time and the buyer refused it?
They don't respond to emails for a long time, and then, after a long silence, they start brazenly blaming the buyer.

On March 9, 2026, I placed an order with this store for €23.98. Unfortunately, the item didn't suit me. I refused the parcel.
The parcel was in the parcel machine the whole time.
I notified the seller's customer service in advance via email, explaining that I refused to receive the package.
I informed the seller that I was refusing the package and that they should contact the logistics company.
Logistics companies typically return packages to the same address from which they were sent.
The seller responded only after 2-3 days, after the logistics company had already sent the parcel back and decided to commit fraud under the pretext of allegedly providing an incorrect return address.
My order cost €23.98.
The original shipping cost was €4.99.
This fraudulent store only refunded me €11.99.
